Artistic rendering of a city street leading to a prominent domed building, likely a capitol, flanked by tall buildings and trees.

You’ve read the books. Taken the trainings.

But you’re still hitting the same wall.

That’s because most lessons don’t reach the deeper patterns running the show — the beliefs, reflexes, and blind spots that got you this far… but are holding you back from what’s next.

The good news? We can interrupt those patterns. And we’ll do it together.

Professional Development Coaching

You’ve already proven yourself — with grit, instinct, and follow-through.

You’ve landed the roles. Earned the trust. Checked the boxes.

But things still aren’t working.

You’re outgrowing the habits that got you here — and the old playbook isn’t cutting it.

The pressure is different. The stakes are higher. And the leadership you're being called into requires more than just trying harder.

That’s where professional development becomes non-negotiable.

At Executive 360° Coaching, we help you build the self-awareness, emotional agility, and leadership mindset that make the difference — executive coaching and professional development services for leaders, teams, and organizations in Central Texas.

Where high-performers get stuck

You’re smart. Driven. Capable.

But even the best leaders hit limits. And most of the time, it’s not a skill gap — it’s mindset, pressure, or invisible patterns getting in the way.

Sound familiar?

Imposter Syndrome

▸ Even high achievers wrestle with quiet self-doubt that slows them down.

Burnout & Leadership Fatigue

▸ When the output is constant, you can lose connection to purpose.

Pressure Without Support

▸ It’s lonely at the top, and you’re craving real connection, not just performance reviews.

Plateaus or Lack of Fulfillment

▸ You’ve “made it,” but you’re not feeling it.

Conflict & Misalignment

▸ The team, the work, the direction — this isn’t working!

These aren’t signs of failure.

They’re signals. And if you’re ready to listen, they can lead to real transformation.

“…you need to let go of being the technical expert
and become a leader. Then your issues are not technical issues… then your issues are
people issues and behavioral issues.”

~ Marshall Goldsmith

Leadership Limits

She had the title, the track record, and the calendar packed with meetings. But deep down, she knew she wasn’t leading — not in the way she wanted to. She was firefighting. Running interference her team. Losing sight of the big picture.

And most of all, she was exhausted.

One day, she told a friend:“I’m great at solving problems, but right now I’m drowning. I can’t even think straight.”

That’s when leadership growth stops being optional.

>>Let’s get your leaders the development they actually need.

You’re not alone in this…

Professional Development: How our coaching process works

  • Illustration of two maps separated by people talking over a chasm

Step One: Define the Gap & Map the Mindset

The “gap” is the space between where you are — and where you want to grow.

We begin by identifying your One Big Thing — a professional development goal that, if achieved, would create visible value for your team and meaningful change for you.

Aspirational goals are useless without a step-by-step way to reach them. This is where professional development goes public. We will identify a behavior you need to Start doing and one you should Stop doing that will make your One Big Thing more possible. (Think “In order to be a leader who empowers teams to drive performance, I need to Start meeting weekly with each member purely focused on their needs and growth. I need to Stop dominating and interrupting in team meetings.”)

Then, using insights from your Leadership Circle Profile®, we explore the internal beliefs and patterns shaping your current leadership style — including the ones that now need to shift.

You’ll come away with a clear map of your mindset and a focused direction forward.

Step Two: Stretch Into New Patterns

Next, we move into structured exploration.

Through coaching conversations, targeted reflection, and real-world “stretch” experiments, you’ll begin to see how your internal operating system shapes your external behavior.

Together, we’ll examine specific leadership scenarios and test new ways of showing up — with honest feedback, safe accountability, and support.

At key milestones, we may also use PULSE™ Surveys — filled out by a chosen circle of people who work closely with you — to track progress on your Start/Stop behaviors. These insights not only reveal how you’re evolving but connect your growth to broader One Big Thing.

This is where the real rewiring happens: outdated habits loosen, new patterns take root, and you begin to lead with more intention and impact.

Step Three: Strengthen & Sustain the Growth

With new awareness and behavior change taking hold, we focus on solidifying your transformation.

We’ll revisit your One Big Thing and reflect on the mindset shifts, habits, and leadership choices that have moved you forward. Together, we’ll co-create a sustainability plan — integrating reflection rituals, self-guided practices, and support structures that keep your growth alive long after coaching ends.

This is also the stage where we use PULSE™ Surveys at the close of the engagement — adding to the baseline and midpoint data — to capture feedback on how your Start/Stop behaviors have evolved. You’ll get a clear window into how others are experiencing the changes, and how those changes are impacting your team and organization.

The result? A leadership presence that’s more flexible, grounded, and effective — ready for whatever challenge comes next.
