Because nonverbal and physiological synchrony (the subtle ‘dance’ of posture, breath, micro-cues between people) builds the safety and trust that help leaders metabolize challenge, see themselves more clearly, and translate insight into durable behavior change.

Recent research links this synchrony to stronger alliances and better outcomes—while tele-options, although effective for many goals, can limit those cues. I offer a blended model when needed: begin in-person to anchor depth and resilience, then flex with video when requested to sustain momentum.
