What else would you like to know?

Owner, Ellen Lindsey, LCSW, answers your questions…

  • Leadership development is not one-dimensional.

You can set new goals, read a stack of books, attend hours of workshops — and still feel stuck professionally.

    Why? Because leadership isn’t a toolkit — it’s a practice.

And like all noble practices, it requires experience, reflection and deliberate action. It is a ongoing, never ending process of growth.

360° Coaching develops leaders from the inside out — internally, interpersonally, purposefully:

This leads to 360° growth at every level — person, team, organization:

    • building emotional intelligence, resilience, and presence

    • fostering collaboration, psychological safety, and shared ownership

    • aligning leadership with strategy, vision, and value

But true 360° growth reaches even further. Because true leadership growth doesn’t just change what you do. It transforms how you show up — in business, and in life.

  • It all depends on the package we design for you. A very basic engagement might include the LCP 360 review, interpretation, and crafting a unique leadership development plan. That starts at $1250.

Most leaders who are ready for lasting change need a deeper dive and ongoing support. In that case, we would add 3 to 6 months of ongoing coaching to the basic engagement. This usually prices out around $500 - $750 per month.

Other engagements may include the assessment of a whole team or board. And many organizations will find value in implementing the Leadership System. Fees can scale depending on the number of participants, the types of assessments, and the scope of training and coaching.

I offer reduced-pricing options to nonprofits.

  • I’ve heard this from many people and, just like many counselors out there are not good at what they do and end up causing damage, it’s true that many people who have received 360 reviews have been hurt in the process.

The skill and experience of the facilitator, along with the quality of the tool are critical.

At 360° Coaching, you work with a therapist who has over twenty years of experience giving people challenging feedback. This is my jam and I’m really good at it. The feedback is always, always given in a caring way, with a genuine investment in the client’s growth and happiness.

Additionally, my chosen 360 review - The Leadership Circle Profile- is an elegant tool, grounded in multiple robust theories of leadership, psychology and ancient wisdom. It is literally designed for compassionate facilitation of a person’s growth toward their highest potential. There is nothing harsh or dangerous about it.

  • HR is carrying more than ever — compliance, hiring, retention, employee well-being — and leadership development often gets pushed to the margins. Bringing me in as an outside partner takes that weight off your team without losing alignment.

I design and deliver the one-on-one coaching, 360° reviews, and team development work that HR leaders want for their rising talent but don’t have the bandwidth to run themselves. Every engagement is tied back to your organization’s goals, so leadership growth directly supports business performance.

Outsourcing also adds something internal teams can’t always offer: neutrality. Leaders are more candid, more receptive to feedback, and more likely to lean into uncomfortable growth when they know the process is confidential and unbiased. That combination lightens HR’s load, deepens your leadership bench, and keeps the entire organization moving forward.

  • I’ve been a licensed counselor since 2002 and I will bring all those skills and all that experience to every engagement.

As a coach, what I will not be doing is: diagnosing, maintaining medical records, providing superbills, or charging by the hour.

  • Our clients are ready to make leadership development a strategic priority — and achieve measurable, meaningful results.

    Read the reviews and testimonials.

We work with professionals, founders, CXOs, small to mid-sized organizations, nonprofits and boards across Austin and the surrounding Central Texas region.

  • I’m a people person. Decades of in-person counseling has shaped the way I connect and and how I’m able to read the clients I serve.

All to say, I prefer onsite — up close and personal. Parts of our engagement may be over the phone or on a video call, depending on both the client’s and my need or preference.

  • Great question.

This is a serious investment of time and money.

First, let’s do a gut check. Do you believe that the quality of leadership is directly related to the health and success of a business?

    You know it is.

But, don’t worry, I have loads of research and data and points to back this up:
