FAQs for 360° Coaching
-
What is the cost?
It all depends on the package we design for you. A very basic engagement might include the LCP 360 review, interpretation, and crafting a unique leadership development plan. That starts at $1250.
Most leaders who are ready for lasting change need a deeper dive and ongoing support. In that case, we would add 3 to 6 months of ongoing coaching to the basic engagement. This usually prices out around $500 - $750 per month.
Other engagements may include the assessment of a whole team or board. And many organizations will find value in implementing the Leadership System. Fees can scale depending on the number of participants, the types of assessments, and the scope of training and coaching.
I offer reduced-pricing options to nonprofits.

What is the business case for leadership development?
Great question.
This is a serious investment of time and money.
First, let’s do a gut check. Do you believe that the quality of leadership is directly related to the health and success of a business?
You know it does.
But, don’t worry, I have loads of research and data and points to back this up:
-
Onsite or online?
I’m a people person. Decades of in-person counseling has shaped the way I connect and and how I’m able to read the clients I serve.
All to say, I prefer onsite — up close and personal. Parts of our engagement may be over the phone or on a video call, depending on both the client’s and my need or preference.

Is this counseling or coaching?
I’ve been a licensed counselor since 2002 and I will bring all those skills and all that experience to every engagement.
As a coach, what I will not be doing is: diagnosing, maintaining medical records, providing superbills, or charging by the hour.
