360 Executive Coaching

for Senior Leaders and Their Teams

Executive Leadership Development Program

Austin + Central Texas

Great leadership doesn’t start with strategy.

It starts with self-awareness, the willingness to shift, and the motivation to do the work.

This program is designed for executive leaders
and their teams who are stuck in old patterns
that don’t fit today’s challenges.

When the patterns that led to your success start to create friction,it’s time for a leadership tune-up.

This is true for all of us. Throughout our development, we try out different ways of achieving, managing and coping. We stick with the ones that work.

For senior leaders, habitual ways of operating lead to substantial professional success. That is validating and reinforcing.

So, why are things not working now? Why are their colleagues frustrated? Why is their team low on trust? Why do their direct reports clam up in meetings?

The simple answer is that the context has changed. The old ways aren’t working in the new context.

It’s time to upgrade their operating system to work in today’s dynamics. At 360 Coaching, I offer a proven method that accelerates that change process.

Hire a Credentialed Expert

I have spent thousands of hours helping hundreds of clients uncover hidden belief systems that drive outdated habits.

Once we get at the heart of the pattern and its hidden importance, the real mechanism keeping them stuck is suddenly in view for conscious consideration.

Only then can the leader do the deeper work of behavior change.

With repeated challenge and intentional choice, under the guidance and support of a credentialed expert, the leader’s belief systems shift, their habits visibly change, their motivation gains clarity.

Every system needs occasional tune-ups. Don’t leave your executive team struggling with gummed up gears.

Looking for a clear understanding of how you are operating, where the roadblocks are, and a structured way to improve impact?

Combining feedback from a 360 leadership assessment with ongoing coaching to help leaders strengthen how they lead individually and how the team functions as a whole.

Over the course of this 10–12 month executive coaching engagement, we reshape leaders' patterns of thinking, relating, and responding, which in turn shape decision-making, communication, and culture.

The Challenge for Senior Leaders

Does this sound like you?

Are your colleagues frustrated with each other and failing to communicate?

Is your team low on trust and you don’t know how to change that?

Are your direct reports clamming up and disengaging?

Executive leaders face big challenges everyday. Growth puts a strain on the organization revealing gaps in succession readiness and destabilizing retention. Communication breaks down and cripples team dynamics.

Technology advances at lightning speed and no one knows which way is up.

Under this kind of pressure, leaders revert to ways of coping and achieving that may get them through the day but over time undermine morale and success.

Most leaders don’t have access to clear, honest feedback about how they are landing or what real impact they have. Executives are left to operate in their blind spots. Without clear visibility, it is difficult to develop awareness which  is the first step in a change process

Leaders need guidance and support to change patterns of thinking, relating and responding. It takes courage, reflection and clear direction.

That’s where executive coaching comes in.

The Solution:
360 Executive Coaching

A colorful pie graphic of the components of executive leadership including metrics, accountability, communication, delivery systems, and human performance.

360 Executive Coaching  provides a data-driven way to see what is happening inside each leader and across the leadership team.  At the same time, it is a deeply personal approach. As each leader’s unique mindset is mapped, your 360 coach works with the deeper level of hidden belief systems driving behavior to accelerate awareness and development.

It starts with a 360 leadership assessment. Feedback gathered from across the organization is used to identify patterns, blind spots, and specific growth areas that will most improve each leader’s effectiveness.

From there, we follow a structured, proven path for change and growth. Each leader engages in focused, ongoing coaching to shift how they operate in real situations.

As your 360 coach works with each leader, she gains awareness of the systemic patterns and dynamics of the whole team. Knowledge of the whole deepens her ability to help each member do their part to move the needle on collective effectiveness.

The result is stronger individual leadership, improved communication, and a more aligned, effective team.

  • Greater self-awareness and emotional agility

  • Increased confidence navigating conflict and complexity

  • Stronger decision-making aligned with purpose and values

  • Expanded capacity to navigate uncertainty and courageous communication

  • Each engagement is structured across a leadership team.

We begin with a leadership 360 assessment survey, gathering feedback from multiple perspectives, including managers, peers, and direct reports. This creates a clear, grounded snapshot of each leader’s effectiveness today.

The surveys are often staggered across the team to ensure thoughtful rater participation and avoid rater overload. As each survey is completed, the 360 coach conducts a debrief, helping the leader to metabolize,  interpret, and make meaning of the feedback in context of their own story.

From there, leaders work individually in structured monthly coaching sessions, focusing on one or two key leadership development goals that will have the greatest organizational impact.

A 10 to 12 month executive coaching engagement is recommended to establish new behavioral patterns. To track progress and hold accountability, we use structured PULSE™ surveys which are feedback loops that  track shifts in leadership effectiveness and engagement for each participant.

As the coaching progresses with multiple leaders, patterns emerge across the system which are fed back to the team in ways that enhance their individual efforts. Those insights can be used to support team-level alignment and improve how the group operates together.

  • The individual and the system are always at play and always impacting one another.Great leadership development can happen on the individual level but 360 Executive Coaching works at the system level, too.

Coaching involvement with a whole team of executives brings an exponential increase in leadership effectiveness.

Multi-source feedback provides a critical baseline. Coaching begins with a clear picture of leadership strengths, leadership gaps and level of effectiveness.

No assumptions and no guessing. The starting point is clear which sets a direct path to the desired outcomes.

FAQs

What is a 360 leadership Assessment?

1

It gathers feedback from multiple perspectives such as managers, peers, and direct reports to create a more complete picture of how a leader is showing up. It goes beyond a traditional performance review by capturing leadership traits, stress patterns, and the interplay between those and leadership effectiveness. Dive into the details on this page.

Why start with feedback?

2

Without clear input from others, leaders are often working from incomplete or inaccurate assumptions. Starting with feedback ensures that the work is focused on what will actually move the needle on leadership impact.

How is this different from training programs?

3

This is development work not standardized training. This is focused on the unique mindset of each leader and the singular team they make up. There is no set curriculum or pre-planned workshop. It is ongoing, personalized work focused on real situations, real dynamics, and creating lasting behavior change over time.

The Six Core Capacities Leaders Need to Scale

Leadership doesn’t scale through personality or position.

It scales when leaders develop the internal capacity to respond as complexity increases.

The Leadership Circle System is built around six core leadership capacities that support sustainable growth across individuals, teams, and organizations.

1. Creative Leadership

Leaders step beyond reaction to lead with vision, courage, and a commitment to possibilities — not just problems.

2. Deep Relationship

High-performing teams are built on trust, transparency, and the ability to engage in real, sometimes difficult, conversations.

3. Radical Humanity

Leadership requires showing up as a full, imperfect human — modeling authenticity, emotional intelligence, and resilience.

4. Higher Purpose

Strong leadership aligns daily actions with the organization’s deeper mission — helping people connect their work to something greater than themselves.

5. Systematized Development

Growth isn’t left to chance. It’s built into the operating rhythm — making leadership development a constant, not a one-off.

6. Generative Tension

Disagreement and discomfort aren’t problems to avoid — they are raw material for innovation and insight, when skillfully navigated.

You don’t need another offsite.

If you are looking for a personalized approach to executive leadership development with a proven process for change, let’s schedule a call. We can start with a conversation to understand your goals and see if this approach is a fit.
