Executive Coaching in Austin

It’s no longer about experience or expertise.

Increased responsibility brings pressure and complexity. The learning curve moves inward.

Outcomes depend on how leaders think, relate and respond under pressure.

Work with a leadership development professional who helps leaders see their impact clearly, update outdated mindsets, and super-charge their leadership effectiveness.

How a leader shows up affects the whole system—the leader included.

Leadership is demanding. To be effective in a high-stakes role, leaders need awareness of their impact and the maturity to shift their mindset when needed.

I work with leaders who are accountable for important outcomes—growth, strategy, culture, and team health.

Leadership development with 360° Coaching strengthens their inner capacity so they can meet those demands. Through feedback, reflection, and intentional development, leaders learn to shepherd people while driving performance.

Work With a Wise Old Owl

I often think about wisdom — who seeks it out, who doesn’t, what are the implications?

It seems the transmission of wisdom is becoming scarce. It may even be on the endangered list. At the very least, its perceived value has plummeted. Thus, to save wisdom from extinction, I’m starting a new movement in the business consulting and coaching space. It’s called “WWWOO!!!” — Work with a wise old owl!!!

Why am I WWWOOing on the home page of my executive coaching website?Because one of the things that sets me apart from the thousands of coaches out there is this.

I am a wise old owl. And I leverage that wisdom to help leaders develop and evolve. I help them increase their capacity to meet the dynamic complexity and daily uncertainty of today’s business world — with more competence, more composure, more collaboration, and more innovation. And yes, more satisfaction.

How? Through leadership development.

If you are an executive, HR Director, founder or employer, you likely already understand this need — otherwise, you wouldn’t be searching for a development professional. Now, I’m encouraging you to WWWOO.

Experience, Discernment
Deep Understanding

Ellen Lindsey, LCSW, Leadership Coach

At 360° Coaching, senior and rising leaders receive in-person executive coaching, work openly with kind, constructive feedback, and align development to both workplace demands and business goals.

The results?

Expanded leadership effectiveness, succession readiness, improved retention, and increased impact.

I’m here to ask better questions, gather useful feedback, and shine a light on habits that are getting in the way. Once we understand what’s driving those habits, I help leaders upgrade their mindsets to shift their behavior into the kind of leadership your organization needs today and tomorrow.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Give me a call.

It starts with conversation and exploration. I want to fully understand your unique challenges and discuss service options tailored to your needs.

  2. Set up a meeting.

Establishing trust and rapport is central to the change process. Whether I’m working with senior leaders or rising talent, their personal buy-in to a coaching relationship is primary — and before you start allocating any resources to a coaching contract, you need to be sure we are a good fit .

  3. Establish the baseline.

We need a clear assessment of where the leader is today before we can begin the journey to where they want to be. What is their professional impact? What is their current level of effectiveness? Self-reports are as important as objective ones — bosses, peers and direct reports speak to impact.

I use Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) to get a clear view of how leaders show up under pressure and what their blind spots are. With that in hand, we weave in your organization’s past reviews and performance goals to formalize the next step.

  4. Clarify the destination and begin the journey.

We work closely together over the next six to twelve months to transform counterproductive ways of leading into more effective and productive approaches.
