Now you have a sense of where you want to focus your effort.

It’s time to turn your chosen area into a focused goal with identified actions. SET ASIDE 20 - 30 MINUTES.

Have your Leadership Circle Profile handy for reference. The tool below will help you craft goals and behaviors that need to meet certain parameters.

Once you’re finished, you may download, copy, or email your responses to Ellen.

In your next coaching session, you will review your plan together and make revisions, as needed.
